Bio: Cagefighter in training, so I guess there's no better place for me to write. I'm a Wildland Firefighter, blogger, journalist, and cliches don't sit well with me. If my writing sucks, I want you to tell me, likewise, if your writing sucks, I'm going to tell you. I'm not going to call you out as a person not matter how much I don't like you, but I will take a sledgehammer to your writing any day if you ask me to. Keep your emo poetry as far away from me as possible, I WILL eat it.

I have a personal policy of returning all reviews given, so if you give me a review I promise to give you one back. I'm serious about my craft and I expect that you're serious about yours, and not just seeking out meaningless praise. If you are, don't ask me for a review, I don't tell anyone their writing is awesome unless I mean it.

A few things about me, I'm a Libertarian, I live in Hollywood, I'm an Atheist. If any of those things offend you, tough. I also like rocky road ice cream and Coffee Bean Ice Lattes, I'm more than what I believe or don't believe.

Genres: I write fiction and I think I'm pretty good at it. If you think I'm good at it, tell me, if not, tell me anyway. I'm dabbling in fantasy and cinematic style. I'd like help on action writing.

The Lonely

A song was playing on the radio of some car that was driving by me slowly. I’d recognized it from a Christmas play I’d seen when I was very young, like seven. Now I was eighteen, a grown man, and walking away from my parents’ home, down the street I’d lived on since I was born, which I doubted I’d ever walk back down again. The car rolled at the stop sign and the song took me back.
