it's so safe to play victim

what do you do when no one cares
enough to abuse you, to enable you
your uses are limited to your want

your need to survive is diminished
the only thing you have left is
your simple pleasures

a hard on and a cup of coffee

that'll get you through

you've got it so rough
in your easy chair
and your spot over there

you've lead a hard life
being given everything
so that you can spite it

never found your place because you hate it

being true would make you
too responsible for your own good

let them hold the blame
you are the same
as those you feel pity for
those oppressed
who were so underprivileged
because they weren't heir
it's not fair
it's not fair

but how do you explain
that self contained
self made millionaire
over there?

you bash it
try to smash it down
a constant reminder
of how you've failed
