multiply connected

intention is a fishes fifth dimension
while we skim the surface to plunge
skipping stones into another world

i am the worm-hook that splices through
two sets of lips in parallel universes

the same fingers that dip into the water
dig into the soil and in these worlds
god is a toddler making mud-pies out of colonists

god is a seven-year-old with a magnifying glass

pardon this intrusion, but we're just as deluded
watching the stars for signs and denying the clues
because the mystery doesn't get one and one from two

if we conclude that there are higher dimensions
then we become simple like infections
insignificant to the point of being curable

the big crunch is a sneeze and the big bang
is when it hits the side of someone elses face
while the virus, in it's mucus placenta
arrives fresh and ready to complicate a new host
